This supermarket is located in the southeast corner of the expansive, 8-acre Ralph J. Rangel public housing complex, and to the north of another complex. It was previously an Associated and before that, a Compare Foods. The switch to Shop Fair has not yet brought any sign more substantial than a banner over the Associated awning. I stepped inside for a minute, but did not photograph anything. The store is quite small, probably in the 5000 square foot range, but clean and generally well-maintained, it seemed. It's located at 159-04 Harlem River Dr, right on the Harlem River.
