Produce Junction
Owner: Albert Gentile
Produce Junction is not a chain I'm very familiar with, but they're a regional 20-store chain with locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The stores tend to be no-frills warehouse-style stores selling loose and bulk produce and other similar items, but really no other grocery items.

This 1950s-era (pre-arch) Penn Fruit location in Glenside, just outside of the downtown, today has been expanded from the roughly 8900 square foot original supermarket to the present 16,000 square foot produce and garden center store.Produce Junction is not a chain I'm very familiar with, but they're a regional 20-store chain with locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Glenside does have a small supermarket today, but before we get there we'll be headed to a place I suspect was previously a supermarket on the town's main street over on Grocery Archaeology on Monday!
