Coming Soon!

Welcome to Main South and Webster Square! I know these neighborhoods very well, as I lived here for a few years. These neighborhoods have a gradient from city (northern Main South) to suburbs (Webster Square) to almost rural (beyond Webster Square on Main and Stafford Streets). The neighborhoods are bounded by a railroad to the east/southeast, and is anchored by Webster Square itself, where Main St, Stafford St, Mill St, Webster St, and Park Ave come together. To the northeast, Clark University's campus takes up a large part of the neighborhood, and a Table Talk Pies factory is located just on the border of South Worcester to the east. Just north on Main Street is downtown Worcester. We'll see a few chain supermarkets, quite a few independent grocers, and a heck of a lot of former grocery stores in this neighborhood. We're going to start back on Cambridge St where South Worcester crosses to Main South/Webster Square, then see a couple places out on Stafford Street and at Webster Square itself, then head up Main Street towards downtown. We'll start on Monday with an independent store that sadly closed shortly after it opened!
